SUMMER 2026

This is a women's only class- and a class for those who which to be STONG-HER!!  We train across the full spectrum of performance starting with mobility and corrective movement strategies, followed by jump and power training, fundamental strength teachings and a tonne of fun! Be prepared for conversations around menstural cycles, hormonal change, pelvic floor and all things women!
