Yes—we offer one-on-one coaching, semi-private training, and custom programs.
Personal training is availabilefor those ready to invest more in themselves and their health journey. Our team of exercise science professionals are bookable for those needing a little extra helping hand, programming support, or a desire to reach to the next level of strength and power and fitness!
Once you complete your online or in person membership purchase, you’ll be prompted to fill out a client profile.
Inside your profile, you’ll find a barcode/QR code that provides access to the facility — even when staff are not on site. Simply scan the barcode at the door access control and you’re in. Access is only granted once successful paymnet has been made so make sure you fill out all your details correctly and then you are good to go- anytime!
We recommend using the Rhinofit Hub App, rather then your brower- so that your QR code will be conveniently displayed on the home screen for easy access.
We have treadmills, bikes, rowers and ski ergs.
We have 6 squat racks: LOTS of olympic lifting bars, trap bars and saftey squat bars + pull up stations, dip bars, prone row pads, landmine (core) trainers and nordic ham curl attachments for the rigs.
Our dumbbells are 5lbs - 85lbs and we have lots of benches and room to move for your free weight activities.
We have plyo boxes, med balls, hurdles and agility tools, along with a 60ft turf and 2 sleds for pushing and pulling.
We have suspension trainers, physio balls, self-myofasical-release tools.
We have cable towers, leg extension, ham curl, glute ham raise, reverse hyper and core trainers.
